1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on pe999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential cancellation of all pending transactions. Players are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their account credentials.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information — including name, date of birth, contact number, or bank account details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may lead to permanent account closure without refund.

Password & Access

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pe999 supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). pe999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit method must match the registered account holder's name.

Withdrawal Processing

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device unless stated otherwise.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.

• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in casino or sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds from stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, or engaging in charge-back abuse.

pe999 actively monitors accounts for prohibited activities. Verified violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the pe999 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pe999 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any pe999 content is strictly prohibited.

pe999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence may be revoked at any time if these terms are breached.
